Nataro Family wins 2009 Raffle!

The 11u Charlotte Hurricane Orange Team held a raffle to help raise money for their trip to Myrtle Beach in July. The drawing was held Sunday May 17th and the winners were Frank and Susan Nataro. Charlotte Hurricanes take 2nd in First Fall Tournament

The 11U Charlotte Hurricanes finished the weekend 5-1 and took 2nd in the Orange Crush Invitational. The Canes survived 4 games on Sunday at 2 different parks in a 12 hour period!

Hurricanes finish Cal Ripken Big Kahuna Tournament with 2nd best Record!

The 10u Hurricanes finished their season with an impressive 6-1 record losing only to the eventual tournament winner in the semi-finals. The Canes beat teams from Virginia, Maryland, New York, and California.

10u Hurricanes ranked 4th in the Nation!

|
In late May, the 10u Hurricanes capped off their meteoric rise to the top by ranking as high as 4th in the Nation in the AAA level of USSSA. After the rankings were announced the Canes were promoted to the Majors level where they conitinued their success.

10u Hurricanes Named Charlotte Team of the Week

The South Charlotte Sports Report named the 10u Charlotte Hurricanes the Play It Again Sports Team of the week. In their inaugural season, the Canes earned the honors after winning 2 of their first 3 touraments.
