13u Fall Roster is now posted

Welcome to the Official Home of The Charlotte Hurricanes Baseball Club. The Hurricanes organization consists of many elite teams including players residing in and around North and South Carolina. The Charlotte Hurricanes Baseball Club was established in 2002. In the past few years, the Hurricanes Baseball Club has become a highly successful and nationally recognized elite baseball organization. The Hurricanes teams have won numerous state and national championships. We play predominantly in the most competitive tournaments against the best competition. It is our philosophy that to be the best you have to play the best.

The Hurricanes will SHOWCASE its 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014 teams nationally as the 9u-13u teams will compete at the highest level of tournament play.

Recent News:

7/31/10 The 9u 'Canes win the Triple Crown National Championship in Myrtle Beach, SC. The 9u 'Canes finish the season with 42 wins.

7/10/10 The 14u 'Canes (Black) are ranked #24 in the Nation by Travel Ball Select (www.travelballselect.com).

7/10/10 The 12u 'Canes finish in the final four at Cooperstown Dreams Park and post a 9-1 record. The 'Canes were defeated by the Tri-City Dust Devils out of Texas in the final four as 'Canes pitching came to an end. Tri-City (comprised of Dallas, Fort Worth, and Houston) ended up winning the tournament. Aaron Pilkington (SS/P) won the Home Run Derby Contest at Opening Ceremonies.

6/27/10 14u "Black" 'Canes go 4-1 at the Perfect Game World Wood Bat Championship in East Cobb Ga. Our 'Canes finished in the top 8 out of the 58 teams participating. The 'Canes lost to #1 ranked East Cobb Astros in the quarterfinals. This outing will improve our 'Canes ranking in the Perfect Game National Rankings.

The 14u "Black" improves their "showcase" record to 11-3* (*two of the three losses are to #1 ranked East Cobb Astros).

6/27/10 12u 'Canes finish second (runner-up) in the Carolinas Super State Championship. This invitaional tournament was the top teams from NC and SC to compete in the Super State Championship. The 'Canes battlesd to the end but ended up short in a 11-7 loss to #4 nationally ranked GBC.

6/5/10 12u 'Canes win NC USSSA STATE CHAMPIONSHIP

6/1/10 10u 'Canes win Super NIT to qualify for the USSSA ELITE 32. Our 10u 'Canes will compete for the National Championship with the top 32 teams across the country.

3/11/10 12u 'Canes win NC Spring State Championship (Premier Division of Nations Baseball) going 4-0 to start their season.
